随着高速公路在我国逐步修建，交通部公路科研所编制了《高速公路交通安全设施设计及施工技术规范》，对 高速公路的防眩设施提出了明确的要求：
With the gradual construction of expressways in China, the Highway Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications has compiled the Code for Design and Construction Technology of Expressway Traffic Safety Facilities, which puts forward clear requirements for anti-glare facilities of expressways:
高速公路、汽车专用一级公路符合下列情况之一者宜设置防眩设施。
It is advisable to install anti-glare facilities on expressways and special grade I highways for automobiles in accordance with one of the following conditions.
1、夜间交通量较大、大型车混入率较高的路段；
1. Sections with large traffic volume and high mixing rate of large vehicles at night;
2、平曲线半径小于一般最小半径路段；
2. The radius of flat curve is less than the minimum radius section.
3、 设置竖曲线对驾驶人员有严重眩目影响的路段；
3. The section where the vertical curve has a serious dazzling effect on drivers.
4、从互通立交、服务区、停车场的匝道或连接道进入主干线时，对向驾驶人员有严重眩目影响的路段；
4. When entering the trunk line from the ramps or connecting roads of interchanges, service areas and parking lots, the sections that have serious dazzling effects on drivers will be affected.
5、无照明的大桥、高架桥上；
